Most secure bike phone mounts are systems: a mount on the bike plus a matching case or adapter on the phone that twists and locks in. That means the choice is partly about the mount and partly about committing to one maker’s cases. The six mounts below come from three systems and cover stem, handlebar and out-front positions.
Every specification on this page comes from the manufacturer’s own product page, checked on 26 October 2026. We have not used these products ourselves, so the picks are based on published specifications only.

Each mount is designed around its maker’s own case or adapter: Quad Lock lists its cases and universal adaptors, SP Connect its phone cases. Factor that in if you already own one maker’s case.

1. Quad Lock Handlebar/Stem Mount: for a simple, tool-free install
Quad Lock’s basic bike mount is 23 mm tall and 35 mm wide and straps onto the stem or handlebar with EPDM o-rings, with zip ties included for a more permanent fit. It suits bars from 25 to 40 mm in diameter.
- In the box: two small and two large EPDM o-rings, two nylon zip ties (Quad Lock).
- Stainless steel fasteners.
Pros: fits almost any stem or bar; moves easily between bikes.
Cons: phone sits over the stem rather than out in front.

2. Quad Lock Out Front Mount: for a phone out in front of the bars
The Out Front Mount clamps to the handlebar and holds the phone ahead of the stem, like a bike computer. Quad Lock says it can be reversed to sit over the stem, which is popular for mountain bikes, and the head rotates 360°. It works with Quad Lock’s light/camera adaptor and wireless charging head.

3. Quad Lock Out Front Mount PRO: for a low, aero road setup
The PRO version swaps nylon for black anodized aluminum machined by CNC, with a low-profile straight arm for aerodynamics. Unlike the standard Out Front Mount it is not reversible over the stem.

4. SP Connect Bike Mount: for a compact mount in the SP Connect system
SP Connect’s Bike Mount is a small, light mount made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide that uses SP Connect’s patented twist-to-lock mechanism. It fits 31.8 mm and 35 mm handlebars with the adapter included, which SP Connect says covers most modern bikes.

Cons: only two bar sizes listed; older bikes with narrower bars may need another mount.

The Road Bike Mount Pro is SP Connect’s CNC-machined aluminum out-front mount for road cyclists. The phone can sit in portrait or landscape, and SP Connect says you can also mount a light or action camera on it, with a GoPro-compatible fitting according to SP Connect’s product tags.

6. Rokform Universal Bike Bar Mount: for magnets plus a twist-lock
Rokform combines MagSafe-compatible magnets with its RokLock twist-lock system. It installs on handlebars and other bar-style frames, and comes with five TPU spacers for 22, 25.4, 29, 32 and 38 mm bars, plus an M5 screw for a permanent install or an M5 wingnut for a tool-free one.
